Our first breath brings us into the world out of the cozy womb and it is the last thing we do, before we move on into a new realm.

It is our connection to our inner-self.

Yet we do it so subconsciously, up to 17.000 times a day. Unremittingly we move air in and out of our body in many different ways. We can take full control, speed it up, slow it down, hold it (in and out). We use our breath to communicate and show emotions, smell and experience our environment. With our breath we can tap into our body, listen to our heart, stabilize our core, assist with digestion, activate glandular secretion, simply be.

In 4 sessions I will take you through exercises and tools to use your breath more powerfully and stronger that you can apply to different situations:
